Shipping policy

We deliver PAN India & Globally. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after the order has been received.

For international orders, the delivery time will be 8-20 days based on the country & only non-food items can be shipped.

For international orders, shipping charges are based on the location and type/weight of the product being ordered. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before making payments.

For orders within India, the charges are based on the weight & category of product being ordered.

All orders will be sent via reputed courier companies like FedEx/Aramex etc. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a redelivery at a suitable time.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched and if delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct from the refund the applicable delivery charges. We will notify you if this is the case in order to arrange for new order to be placed if required
